Directions

  • Take the M56 westbound towards Chester. At the end of the M56 continue straight ahead following North Wales and Queensferry (A494)
  • Continue ahead; eventually get to 50mph restriction (through Queensferry A494). Continue straight onto the A55 towards Conway.
  • Follow A55 until Bangor (Junction 9), onto the Britannia Bridge and over the Menai Straits.
  • Continue to follow the A55 until Junction 3 for Y Fali / Valley (Not RAF valley which is the junction before)
  • After leaving the A55, turn right at the roundabout (following signs for Valley and A5), then straight over the next roundabout (again to valley).
  • At the crossroads, turn left by the Valley Hotel. Go past the Spar, over the level crossing and straight on. Go over Four Mile Bridge and then take the first left to Rhoscolyn and the ‘White Eagle’ pub.
  • Follow this road for about half a mile.
  • The turning for Tynny is the third turning on the left (Bodior estate cow sign by turning). It’s the single track turning by the white lodge which you will see on the left.
  • Follow the drive (15mph limit) all the way down (it will bear rights), when you get to Bodior House/Garden Cottage ahead of you, bear left past the pond.
  • When you get to Bryn Bela Farm on your left, carry on straight, ignoring the right turn. You have now arrived at Tyn-F’Felin.
