Meet your Centre Manager

“Since 2015, I’ve been involved in Physical Education in various roles. Most recently, I was with Halton Borough Council’s school improvement team as the Physical Education Lead and School Games Organiser. In that position, I worked closely with middle leaders, helping schools enhance their sports programs, and organising exciting, meaningful events across the borough.
My passion for the outdoors started early. Growing up spending lots of time in North Wales, I spent much of my childhood immersed in outdoor activities, which eventually inspired me to build a career around outdoor pursuits. In April 2023, I completed my Mountain Leader qualification, and I’ve never looked back. I spend as much time as I can sharing my experience and love for the outdoors with others. Most weekends and holidays, you’ll find me leading groups through the mountains of the UK, sharing bits of knowledge about local flora, wildlife, geology, and folklore along the way.
I officially started my role as the Outdoor Education Centre Manager at TCAT in November 2024, and I’m thrilled to be a part of this work. I’m eager to help the students in our trust discover the joys of outdoor adventures that will hopefully inspire a lifetime of exploration and connection with nature.”
