During our stay, pupils took part in a wide range of activities that combined nature, creativity, and teamwork. From discovering natural and manmade objects at Silver Bay to building meaningful sandcastles, the children embraced every moment. They tried their hand at crabbing at Tynny’s own beach known as ‘The Creek”, tackled an orienteering course, played golf frisbee, and ended their evenings toasting marshmallows around an open fire. This trip created new memories and experiences for a generation of learners, many who had never been away from home before, discovering the magic of outdoor education for years to come
